WHY?

Introducing students to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) through interactions with their social and physical environment and provide pathways for their continued educational and personal development.  Read more about our goals, team, and what we have accomplished the past three years in our year in review newsletter. 

WHO?

Serving income-eligible elementary students of South Carolina Tri-County Area (Charleston, Dorchester, & Berkeley) with a specific focus on elementary students in the North Charleston area. Our leadership team is composed of engineers, educators, and psychologists interested in promoting educational equity in STEAM.

HOW?

Offering STEAM activities that emphasize hands-on learning, creative problem-solving, and design thinking. Marie's Kids also exposes our students to local experiences that reinforce their learning and support their growth. A quick review of our past events will demonstrate how we have served the youth of the N. Charleston community.
