Why?

Introducing students to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) through interactions with their social and physical environment and provide pathways for their continued educational and personal development.

How?

Offering bi-weekly STEAM Saturday activities that emphasize hands-on learning, creative problem-solving, and design thinking.  Marie's Kids will also expose our students to local experiences that reinforce their learning and support their growth. 

Who?

Serving under-privileged 3rd -5th graders in the Tri-County Area (Charleston, Dorchester, & Berkeley) with a specific focus area in North Charleston.  Our leadership team is composed of engineers, educators, and psychologists interested in promoting educational equity in STEAM.
